Shipping

The shipping and packaging fee within Germany is €4.90. Up to four SmartWasteBags (depending on size) are shipped as a priority letter (with a tracking number, without the option of tracking). If you order more than four SmartWasteBags, they are delivered as a DHL package (with a tracking number and the option of tracking). The following shipping and packaging fees apply for deliveries abroad: Shipping to EU countries €14.49 per delivery, shipping to non-EU countries €26.99 per delivery.


After making an appointment by telephone, the order can also be picked up unpacked from the production facility at Goxel 33b, 48653 Coesfeld. This is not a shop. If you want to pick up, please make an appointment by calling 0179-6631245. Spontaneous collection is not possible. We urge you to refrain from doing so.
